Returns
When you're not satisfied with your order, it's possible to send the items back. But because of the size of my business and as it's just me alone, I unfortunately can't pay for the shipping costs on it's way back here. I am kindly asking you to contact me about the issue and I will do my utterly best to fix it!
What if I can't take off my stickers or the image is low quality, or has stripes?
I am always doing my best to deliver you the best quality. So the chance that something like that will happen is small, but this is just a quality guarantee. I think, quality in planner stickers are:
1. Cut neatly around the image
2. Easy to take of the sheets
3. High resolution images without lines or ink blurs
I am always double checking the prints and the way the lines are cut when I am packaging. But I can't take of any stickers! If any of the things above happened and resulted in having a customer receiving bad or unusable sticker sheets, I am wanting to fix that. This way I can offer a quality guarantee. Which I prefer when I am shopping myself :).
Steps:
1. Send me a picture of the bad print or the "bad pull off".
2. Give me a few hours to check it out (Mon - Fri)
3. Receive the FIXED item again at no cost.
Refunds
In any case where I did everything I can to give a great shopping experience, but the stickers kept being damaged, or in a rare case the 2nd package never reaches you while the address was correct, I will refund your order.
What if I haven't received my stickers after 30 days?
Every order in Europe or the UK will be delivered within 30 days.
Most orders will be delivered within 30 days, worldwide! (this is during holiday season)
But, sometimes an order gets held in customs to double check VAT or TAX information or you know, sometimes a package just falls, or is forgotten and will be taken with the next boat. I am always trying to ship packages as fast as possible but from the moment I give it away to the post services, it's out of my control.
When you're in the US and it's been around a month since you've ordered, I am kindly asking you to wait just for a few extra working days. It occasionally happens that a package still gets delivered, even after so long! If you've waited for over 40 days, I will reship at no cost. This rarely happens, but if it does, it most of the time happens during Christmas and with Black Fridays.

I need 1 to 2 business days to fulfill an order, from the moment I have shipped out your order, you will receive a shipping notification e-mail with an estimated arrival date.
